    5. IT User Support Technician

    Job Summary

    Sky High Traders Ltd is seeking a skilled and dedicated IT User Support Technician to join our expanding team. We are a growing wholesale electronics business serving clients across the UK and via Amazon. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining and improving IT systems to support day-to-day operations, offering both remote and in-person technical support. We are recruiting candidates based inside and outside the UK, and sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route is available for eligible overseas applicants.

    Key Responsibilities

    Provide first and second-line technical support to staff and systems across the business.
    Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems.
    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
    Manage user accounts, permissions, and backups.
    Support e-commerce platform integration and IT infrastructure.
    Monitor network performance and ensure data security protocols.
    Liaise with vendors and external IT service providers when needed.

    Requirements

    A relevant qualification in IT (e.g. a degree or Level 3+ diploma in IT or related field).
    Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT support or technician role.
    Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
    Experience with Windows OS, networking, and common business applications.
    Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central or e-commerce systems (desirable but not essential).
